Job Description: Nightclub Bathroom Attendant

Looking for 1 male and 1 female for each washroom.

Position Overview:
A Nightclub Bathroom Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, hygienic, and comfortable restroom experience for club patrons. This vital role contributes to the overall atmosphere and customer satisfaction of the nightclub. As a Bathroom Attendant, you will be stationed in the restroom area, providing a high level of customer service and maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Greet guests as they enter the restroom, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Offer towels, mints, toiletries, or other amenities as appropriate. Provide excellent customer service by attending to patrons' needs and ensuring their comfort.

2. Restroom Maintenance: Keep the restroom area clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the night. Monitor and clean restroom fixtures, floors, mirrors, and countertops regularly to maintain high hygiene standards.

3. Supplies Management: Ensure an adequate supply of restroom essentials such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other amenities. Restock supplies as needed to prevent shortages.

4. Sanitary Measures: Enforce proper hygiene practices within the restroom area. Encourage guests to maintain cleanliness and promptly address any spills or accidents to prevent slip hazards.

5. Attire Assistance: Offer assistance with wardrobe mishaps, such as providing safety pins or lint rollers to patrons in need.

6. Queue Management: Maintain orderliness in the restroom area during busy hours. Manage restroom queues effectively, ensuring all guests have access to the facilities in a timely manner.

7. Safety and Security: Keep an eye out for any potential security or safety issues in the restroom area and report them to the appropriate personnel or security team if necessary.

8. Reporting: Provide regular reports to nightclub management regarding restroom usage, supplies inventory, and customer feedback to help improve the overall experience for guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with nightclub patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain a clean and hygienic restroom environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to assist guests and exceed their expectations.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change if necessary.
- Understanding of proper hygiene practices and the ability to enforce them politely.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work late-night hours as the nightclub operates during evening hours.
