**Description**:
We are currently looking for an Enforcement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the enforcement operation consisting of 40+ employees in a union environment servicing our lots in the Lower Mainland. Your main role will be to optimize streamline operations, implement new and innovative strategies and technologies to enhance the operation and communicate with our account management team about the effective and efficient enforcement of all our locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Enforcement Department to reflect accurately the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Ensure department standards as set out by the company are adhered to daily (i.e., attendance, attire, grooming, customer relations, front line reporting, etc.)
- Achieve monthly budgets, forecasts, and operational goals.
- Manage employee selection including interviewing, hiring and orientation for all new hires within department in a union environment.
- Optimize patrol routes with data driven decisions to maximize patrol revenue and meet contractual obligations.
- Scheduling, filling sick calls, vacations, other time off.
- Determine a designate for your responsibilities when you are off (including weekends and holidays).
- Maintain employee databases with accurate information.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and correct performance problems as necessary in a union environment.
- Responsible for providing staff with all equipment necessary to be able to perform their duties in the safest, most convenient manner possible with personal safety a priority.
- Maintain department data integrity programs, manage dashboards for reporting to Senior management.
- Develop and maintain relations with Impark account managers, other enforcement teams across the company, and vendors.
- Support the account managers in determining costs associated with patrol services for new and existing deals.
- Maintain inventory levels for supplies.
- Manage vehicle fleets including lease returns, kilometer management, repairs & maintenance, recall/warranty repairs.
- Must be able to occasionally work after hours and on weekends when critical needs arise.
- Must be able to commute to meet patrollers in the field when required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google platform.
- Complete special projects as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in operational management with evidence of creating efficiencies within at team that impact the bottom line.
- Previous P&L ownership over a fast-paced business with familiarity and comfort with the numbers of the business. You use data and analytics to challenge assumptions and drive your decision making.
- Oversight experience of large, dispersed operations spanning multiple sites/entities to include different businesses/diverse revenue streams. You are comfortable with complexity, managing teams and accomplishing objectives through others.
- Previous experience interacting across multiple functions and with various organizational stakeholders. You understand it takes a team to grow a business.
- Proven judgement in the hiring process and a discerner of talent. You are a builder of teams.
- 2 years experience managing employees in a union environment.
- Superior organizational and time management skills with an ability to balance multiple projects.
- Strong communication and business writing skills both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines, as well as the flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations.
- Possess strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze a situation or issue, determine options and select the most effective solution in a timely and efficient manner.
- The ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
- Excellent MS Office computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
