**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support for identified system problem reports as per guidelines and following applicable processes
- Working with senior staff on ordering/procurement/inventory of assets (peripherals, computers, monitors, ergonomic equipment etc..)
- Process requests for laptops, projectors, cell phones and Blackberries from the Loaner Pool
- Support client service communication channels and technical systems
- Identify procedural deficiencies and update where warranted
- Report to management on the usage and performance of client support systems
- Work collectively with other technology support teams to define system support requirements and to manage user expectations
- Maintain technical processes and procedures/ prepare knowledge articles for the service desk
- Opportunity to train and onboard new hires
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an undergraduate program
- Previous practical experience in Customer Service
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both official languages
- Highly motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Solutions oriented with strong customer insight

**Asset**
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving in a technical environment and the use of analytical tools and techniques
- Hands-on experience in the use and support of Windows-based workstation operating systems, personal computers and peripheral hardware, ITSM, Microsoft office ITSM toolset, VPN and remote access
- Experience in troubleshooting related to networks, internet connectivity, operating systems and data
- Technical certification such as HDI certification, A+ certification, or ITIL certification
