Lash Technician

**Job Summary**

**Qualifications**
- Able to follow directions and follow protocols when it comes to treatment criteria
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines we carry
- Must be able to perform consecutive lash full sets and fills within 2-3 hours each set.
- Give your clients a unique, top-level experience every time
- High rebooking rate
- Follows Covid-19, sanitation and sterilization protocols as needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of lash extension sets and styles.
- Provide excellent customer service by assessing clients' lash needs and recommending appropriate treatments
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on home care needed
- Upsell services and retail products to enhance the client experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in lashes

**Skills**
- Tech/ Social Media Savvy
- Impeccable care for clientele - this is a must
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Sales experience/willingness to learn
- Communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and artistic - in the beauty industry, creativity plays a huge role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.20-$47.43 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 36 per week
