**Pride Beauty Lounge** is a day spa and salon located in Lower Sackville, NS focused on providing gender neutral services and a safer space beauty environment. We offer hair styling, esthetics, massage, lash, and nail beauty treatments. Our team of beauty professionals are experienced, passionate, and we work together to create a professional and fun work environment.

**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a lash technician to join our team on a part-time basis: Tuesday & Sundays 9am-5pm, and 6pm-9pm Wednesday, Thursday and/or Saturdays. The schedule is able to be a bit flexible in relation to which days and how many hours you would like. We are looking for someone who is passionate about being a lash technician; along with sharing company values of being inclusive You should have experienced and be skilled with ALL lash styles from volumes and mega volumes and able to make your own fans. I'm looking for someone who is eager to grow as a lash tech, wants to stay with the company long-term

**Job Requirements**:

- Attended an accredited Cosmetology School.
- Licensed through Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia.
- 1+ years experience working in a salon or independently
- Reliable & punctual
- Current client base is considered a strong asset
- Skilled in ALL lash styles (classic, hybrid, volume, mega)

**Lash Artist Skills**:

- Time management skills ( Can do a full set of lashes in under 3 hours)
- Creative (Can work with lash colours, gems, bottom lashes, alternative curls, anime lashes, etc - or willingness to learn)
- Understanding sanitization protocols
- Can promote Selling lash shampoos, memberships, packages, and cross selling

**Compensation**:Tiered Commission 35%-50% depending on current experience in the industry + Tips + Bonuses.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
