We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-time Upholsterer/Seamstress to join our team. You will be responsible for measuring, cutting, sewing, and assembling a wide range of industrial upholstery products, including winter fronts, bug screens, seats, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take accurate measurements and assess fabric requirements for each project.
- Cut fabrics according to specified measurements and patterns, ensuring precision and quality.
- Sew and assemble upholstery components using industrial sewing machines and hand tools.
- Upholster a variety of products, including winter fronts, bug screens, seats, and other custom industrial upholstery items.
- Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in every upholstery project.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and handling of materials and tools.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Upholsterer and/or Seamstress, specializing in industrial upholstery.
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines and hand tools. Experience with single needle walking foot industrial sewing machines is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of upholstery/sewing techniques, materials, and tools.
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, sewing, and assembling upholstery components.
- Ability to interpret patterns, designs, and specifications accurately.
- Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and craftsmanship skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot upholstery-related issues.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
