Le programme de réparation de carrosserie de Tesla recherche un évaluateur de carrosserie pour travailler sur l’une des marques de véhicules les plus novatrices au monde. Cette position implique de soutenir le programme de réparation de carrosserie à tous égards. What You’ll Do
- Responsabilités

Créer des estimations de réparations pour les véhicules Tesla Model S, Model X et Model 3 endommagés lors d’une collision qui arrivent au service de réparation (estimation technique, aucune estimation de vente).

Établir des plans de réparation conformément aux procédures de réparation spécifiques à Tesla.

Facturer le travail en fonction des normes d’assurance reconnues par l’industrie

Documenter tous les dommages nécessitant une réparation ou le remplacement de pièces à l’aide de photos.

Gérer les techniciens chargés du démontage direct sur la vitesse et l’étendue du démontage pour exposer tous les dommages au départ.

Commander toutes les pièces de remplacement auprès de l’entrepôt de Tesla.

Contrôler la livraison des pièces.

Communiquer avec la compagnie d’assurance pour déposer une réclamation et établir la facture.

Encourager les techniciens à la réparation d’essayer de réparer lorsque le choix entre la réparation et le remplacement n’est pas clair.

Gérer son temps afin de répondre quotidiennement aux besoins des véhicules dont les dommages ont été évalués en détail (blueprinted).

Mettre le client à jour sur les progrès

Fermeture de la facture et livraison du véhicule

What You’ll Bring
- Exigences

Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience en estimation de dommages dus à des collisions

Connaissance des procédures et exigences en matière d’assurance

Excellente communication orale et écrite

Certification I-CAR un atout

Maîtrise des ordinateurs et des logiciels CCC, Audatex ou Mitchell Estimating

Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle

Connaissances/formation dans le domaine de la carrosserie

Excellentes références de postes antérieurs

Être prêt à suivre une formation polyvalente sur des postes de gestion qui feront progresser votre carrière, le cas échéant
