Responsabilités:

En tant qu'estimateur principal chez WSP, on s'attend à ce que vous:

  1. Évaluer, ajuster ou créer un estimé de Classe 5,4, ou 3 pour les secteurs miniers, industriels et énergie.
  2. Créer une estimation détaillée des coûts du propriétaire lié au marché pour le changement de portée, les retards de travail, etc. pour les projets assignés.
  3. Examiner les demandes de changements et déterminer les exigences matérielles, le traitement et l'acheminement des tâches.
  4. Diriger les rencontres de coordination entre clients ou autres intervenants.
  5. Diriger les négociations avec les clients et les entrepreneurs pour résoudre les changements de contrat et les réclamations.
  6. Élaborer des estimations des coûts de construction et prépare la base d'estimation requise par le responsable de l'estimation conformément aux exigences du programme.
  7. S'assurer que toutes les estimations sont exactes et tiennent compte de tous les facteurs de risque.
  8. Examiner les enquêtes quantitatives pour tous les types de systèmes et de matériaux de construction.
  9. Rechercher d'autres données d'estimation utiles auprès de diverses sources (benchmarck).
  10. Participer aux revues de conceptions et des spécifications pour en assurer le rapport coût-efficacité et proposer des solutions de rechange appropriées.
  11. Encadrer, former et soutenir les estimateurs moins expérimentés.
  12. Utiliser une expérience précédente avec InEight (anciennement connue sous le nom de Hard-Dollar) serait un atout.
