Project Coordinator

Toronto, Canada Mutual Developments Full time

A Builder/Developer currently looking for a Project Coordinator for low-rise and mid-rise residential projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Prepare monthly project status reports and other reports as required
- Communicate with trades, consultants and site staff
- Administer purchase orders, change orders, change notices, and change directives
- Administer holdbacks, RFIs, Transmittals, and maintain a log
- Administer project invoicing and assist with job cost reporting
- Experience and knowledge of the construction tendering process
- Prepare trade contracts and scopes of work
- Knowledge with Tarion Warranty Corporation and Warranty administration
- Prepare project budget and schedule
- Work with Architect and Owner’s rep
- Sales and Marketing expertise
- Health and Safety Administration
- Experience and knowledge of the Municipal approvals process

Project Coordinator Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in residential developments
- Post secondary diploma or degree relating to construction
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Jobsite certifications such as fall arrest, working at heights, etc. are considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
