**Regina Site Superintendent**

The Regina Site Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality. Site superintendents also implement safety plans, resolve conflicts, and oversee the work of subcontractors.

**What will you do?**
- Oversees the daily workflow of the site.
- Plan and direct all construction activities from start to move-in.
- Ensure all homes are delivered on time, and within budget. This includes utilization of Company scheduling program and authorization of payments for labor and material.
- Management of subcontractors: to include scheduling, inspection, quality control, and approval of work.
- Materials management: to include scheduling and checking deliveries, correcting take offs, and insuring proper installation.
- Safety: responsible for on-site implementation and management of Company safety program, to include inspections, toolbox talks, documentation, and reporting.
- Project maintenance: monitors job-site cleanliness and holds subcontractors responsible for daily clean up.
- Customer Satisfaction: ensures the delivery of homes to our Customers are handled in a professional manner in order to achieve the highest level of Customer Satisfaction.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**What do we look for?**
- Minimum of 5 years residential construction management experience with a volume builder.
- Pursuing or completed Carpentry apprenticeship.
- Recognized Journeyman ticket in plumbing, electrical or heating considered an asset.
- Ability to motivate and influence change, across a broad spectrum of personnel.
- Knowledge of construction management systems and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Desire for continuing education and personal development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
