Wellness Within is currently seeking Mat Pilates Instructors to add to its existing movement team. Available classes range from evening and weekend classes. The position entails the following responsibilities:

- Bring the Wellness Within experience to every class
- Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum;
- Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary;
- Continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the class;
- Ensure class begins and ends on time;
- Participate in social media and community building events
- Communicate with Group Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and subbing

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Pilates (Mat) instructors must possess a current certification in their discipline;
- Have experience teaching is an asset
- Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, exercise modifications for all populations;
- Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education;
- Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
