**Customer Service**:

- Can you respond to customer requests and questions promptly and professionally?
- Do you have technical knowledge and the ability to provide product selection assistance to customers for various requests?

**Sales**:

- Can you send and archive invoices while maintaining detailed records?
- Are you experienced in processing returns of items following established protocols?
- Do you have a knack for suggesting new stock items based on customer needs and preferences?

**Partnership**:

- Are you capable of assisting outside sales representatives in developing and maintaining special marketing initiatives, such as specific product emphases and telemarketing campaigns?
- **College certificate or diploma, preferably with a technical focus**: Applicants should possess a college certificate or diploma, with a preference for a technical field of study. This educational background provides a foundational knowledge base that is relevant to the role.
- **Minimum 3 years of Technical Inside Sales experience**: Demonstrates a solid understanding of sales processes, customer service, and technical product knowledge required for the role.
- **Demonstrated mechanical aptitude**: Applicants must possess the necessary skills to understand and troubleshoot mechanical systems, enabling effective problem-solving and customer support.
- **Bilingual proficiency in both French and English is considered an asset**: While not a strict requirement bilingual proficiency allows for effective communication with a wider range of customers enhancing customer service and business relationships.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
