**As a Club Marketing Coordinator a typical day might include the following**:

- Lead content creation highlighting member socials, themed events, and community engagement opportunities.
- Assist with the development and execution of social events in collaboration with other department leaders
- Assist in planning and executing monthly social media campaigns
- Inclusive of content brief, content creation, caption writing, publishing
- Support and promote the company’s in-club social calendar, including community initiatives
- Help manage in-club signage and messaging to ensure that content is current and accurate, and to flag opportunities to either drive business value or to improve the member community

**To land this role you need to have;**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, English or a related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of communication principles and practices.
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience in marketing, communications and/or public relations an asset
- Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication with strong writing and editorial abilities.
- Demonstrated success with Social Media tools such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and others.
- Content creation skills are an asset - photography, videography, editing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, PhotoShop, Illustrator and other creative suites.
- Additional certifications or workshops relating to customer service are an asset
- Proven experience working in customer service
- Energy, enthusiasm and ability to build rapport
- Has the ability to be an influential communications consultant within the
