**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Usually inputs to one or several projects of a smaller nature with no direct reports.
- Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.
- Projects may involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, process improvement, etc. Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
- Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
- Projects limited in number, size and complexity. Usually works under the direction of a senior project/program manager.

- Pulling data from SAP (Actuals/Forecast,
- obtain YEE monthly forecast from project team members,
- Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with sponsor Financial primes, respond/answer questions on variances, forecast with myself & financial prime / French not required/
- yes Remote work available/ Day to day - person would mainly be working project financials for some major Bell initiatives.
- Gather monthly YEE forecast from all project team members based on budget approved. Answer any financial questions from team, provide Network and Activities (NWA’S) for teams to charged in SAP for their work.
- Pull SAP reports and build Cost work book, able to have any budget discussion/reviews with sponsors/stakeholders & myself.
- Able to explain any variances between actuals based on forecast.
- Good SAP knowledge, good in Excel & strong communication skills

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Participe généralement à un ou à plusieurs projets de petite envergure et n’a aucun subalterne. Planifie et coordonne tous les aspects des projets axés sur les systèmes d'information internes, du lancement jusqu'à la livraison.
- Les projets peuvent comprendre la mise en œuvre et la mise à niveau de réseaux, de serveurs ou de logiciels, un déploiement informatique, l'amélioration des processus, etc.
- Coordonne le travail exécuté par le personnel TI et les partenaires et clients internes en définissant les exigences du projet au moyen d'évaluations de la faisabilité, des besoins et des répercussions.
- Il développe également des plans détaillés du projet et gère tous les processus de mise en œuvre, y compris l'affectation de ressources, le suivi des progrès, la surveillance du processus de contrôle des modifications, les essais, la documentation, la formation et la livraison à temps, en tenant compte des contraintes budgétaires. Nombre, taille et complexité limités des projets. Travaille généralement sous la direction d'un premier directeur de projet ou de programme.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Solide connaissance de SAP pour être en mesure de gérer les finances du projet, par exemple:

- Extraire des données de SAP (Actuals/Forecast,
- obtenir les prévisions mensuelles YEE des membres de l'équipe de projet,
- Solides compétences en communication pour pouvoir communiquer avec le sponsor Primes financières, répondre/répondre aux questions sur les écarts, prévoir avec moi-même et prime financière / Français non requis/
- oui Travail à distance disponible / Au jour le jour - la personne travaillerait principalement sur les finances du projet pour certaines initiatives majeures de Bell.
- Recueillez les prévisions YEE mensuelles de tous les membres de l'équipe de projet en fonction du budget approuvé. Répondez à toutes les questions financières de l'équipe, fournissez le réseau et les activités (NWA) aux équipes à facturer dans SAP pour leur travail.
- Extraire des rapports SAP et créer un cahier de travail sur les coûts, capable d'avoir des discussions/examens budgétaires avec les sponsors/parties prenantes et moi-même.
- Capable d'expliquer tout écart entre les chiffres réels en fonction des prévisions.
- Bonne connaissance de SAP, bonne maîtrise d'Excel et solides compétences en communication
