As a Content Manager at Ross Video, you will be responsible for developing the company’s brand and online presence through strategic and compelling digital content across various channels.

**What the job is all about**:

- Be an online storyteller for the Ross brand, ensuring content has a purpose and quality that people want to save, bookmark, and share.
- Develop a content strategy aligned with global marketing campaigns and targets.
- Optimize all content for SEO in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
- Collaboration and alignment with internal and external stakeholders to ensure unified and consistent corporate messaging across the organization.
- Drive the editorial calendar across thought leadership, product announcements, and customers.
- Drive strategic SEO priorities of inbound marketing into our storytelling practice and incorporate learnings from analytics into content development.
- Drive and refine product messaging, and work with product teams to translate category expertise into blogs, guides, and thought leadership pieces.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure 100% alignment on output.

**Who you are**:

- 10+ years 'hands-on' in the following:

- Exceptional writing output.
- Editing and creating content that is highly technical but still compelling.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma (or evidence you don't need one).
- Able to work gracefully with senior executives, engineers, product teams, marketing, and business units, locally and internationally.
- Comfortable using a content management system and scheduling tools.
- Expert SEO knowledge.
- Ability to manage various stakeholder demands, and strategically prioritize aligned content deliverables that weave the Ross story together.
