The workplace is in Nunavik, and the regular work schedule is on a 6-week rotation with 3 weeks of work (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks of rest.**Privileges & benefits**

**Responsibilities**

Under the guidance of the Senior Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor will be accountable for all mechanical management aspects of various vehicle fleets. Their primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing a team of mechanics;
- Identifying work required for the mobile equipment fleet;
- Ensuring the quality of work executed by the team;
- Organizing and overseeing the department to effectively address diverse demands;
- Collaborating with planners for work preparation and parts orders;
- Minimizing downtime for production equipment;
- Conducting performance evaluations and participating in departmental hiring;
- Adhering to health and safety requirements and guidelines;
- Undertaking any other related tasks as directed by management.

**Qualifications**
- Possession of a Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP) in a relevant discipline;
- 5 to 10 years of experience in supervision and planning;
- Possession of Mining Modules FMTM 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 (an asset);
- Enhanced knowledge of various mining and underground mining equipment (an asset);
- Understanding of effective personnel supervision practices;
- Proficient in MS Office suite;
- Familiarity with SIS and CMMS systems;
- Valid driver's license and general explosive permit;
- Bilingualism in French and English (an asset).
