**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a labourer to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and coordinate daily activities for the crew, assigning specific duties based on skill levels and project requirements.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by you and team members to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members on best practices in asphalt maintenance techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Communication with customers in a friendly and professional manor.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues or necessary repairs to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property maintenance or related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of asphalt maintenance methods is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and management effectively.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license will be required for transportation to job sites.

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
