**Responsibilities**:
Perform physical tasks related to asphalt maintenance, including driveway sealing, crack filling, and cleaning.

Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Follow instructions from the Crew Leader to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

Ensure the quality of work meets company standards and client expectations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites.

Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner as needed.

Adhere to safety regulations and protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in property maintenance or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to take direction effectively.

A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
