**Quorum is currently looking for an L1 Support Specialist to join our growing team.**

Quorum is looking to hire an L1 Support Specialist to join our Product Support team.

This is primarily a technical role for our Quorum suite of products with a focus on Autovance - a web-based desking software and Accessible Accessories - a web-based parts accessory sales software.

As an L1 Support Specialist, you enjoy working with numbers and technology, and feel energized interacting with people on a regular basis. You are committed to achieving the highest standards of customer satisfaction through your enthusiastic attitude, in-depth product knowledge and problem-solving abilities.**
**Here is what we will expect from you at work**:

- Continually learning and gaining an in-depth understanding of Autovance and Accessible Accessories features and functions to confidently support dealership partners.
- Assist with the monthly translation of manufacturer interest rates, residuals values and rebates.
- Following-up with inquiries until fully resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Representing Quorum, its services, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Demonstrate an ability to plan your time and balance multiple tasks calmly, diligently, and appropriately.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 Year Business or Information Technology diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Adept at Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Information Technology skills with an aptitude for learning computer software.
- Outstanding verbal and writing skills.
- Bilingual skills would be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with steady attention to detail
- Sales Automotive Dealership experience would be considered an asset.
- Ability to promote an excellent working relationship with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work rotating shift work (7:00am - 8:00pm ET M-F, 9am-5:00pm ET Sat).
