The Chiropractic Receptionist is an integral part of our team. This individual is the face of our organization, where patient interaction is your main focus, and conducting yourself in a professional and friendly manner is key.

*Responsibilities*
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Schedule appointments
- Billing and point of sales transactions
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a tidy reception area and patient room
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- This is a fast paced environment, and the ability to multi-task and maintain high energy at all times is required.

*Skills*
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to operate phone systems and handle calls professionally

*Education*
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Familiarity with Jane App would be an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13 - 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Office experience: 1 year (required)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (required)
- Clerical: 1 year (preferred)
