**Purpose**:
To provide efficient, professional, and confidential executive support to the Dean and the Office of the Dean in the Faculty of Education. The role also supports the management of key projects for the Office of the Dean.

**Education**:
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, in addition to 3 years of related experience.

**Experience**:
3 years of related experience.

**Skills**:
Proficient with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Effective organizational skills including demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage details.
Effective communication skills.
Effective time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
Proven ability to exercise judgment, discretion, tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally with partners.
Effective customer service orientation. Able to respond to client requests quickly and professionally.

**Additional Notes**:
Occasional travel across the university will be required, usually involving pick-up and/or delivery of critical documents and correspondence.
