Lieu : Varennes, Qc.

Type d'emploi : Temps plein/temps partiel

Responsabilités:

- Prospecter, identifier et générer des pistes commerciales par le biais de différents canaux, notamment la ventes en porte-à-porte, les recommandations et le réseautage.
- Effectuer des présentations de vente persuasives pour informer les clients potentiels des avantages de nos services d'isolation des combles.
- Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les propriétaires, en abordant leurs préoccupations, en répondant à leurs questions et en proposant des solutions adaptées.
- Prendre des rendez-vous pour des évaluation détaillés pour les clients potentiels.
- Négocier et conclure des ventes afin de répondre et de dépasser les objectifs individuels et d'équipe.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe d'installation pour assurer une expérience client fluide, de la vente à l'installation.
- Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie, des produits et des politiques gouvernementales en matière d'efficacité énergétique des habitations.

Qualifications : (Aucune expérience de vente passée requise)
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Excellentes capacités de présentation et de négociation.
- Motivation personnelle axée sur les résultats.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Résilience face aux objections et au rejet.
- La connaissance des produits d'amélioration de l'habitat ou liés à l'énergie est un plus.
- Permis de conduire valide et/ou disposition à voyager dans le territoire de vente désigné.
