We are currently recruiting for a **Boat Operator **to operate** **a** **14’ Aluminum Boat, with a 20 Hp outboard motor. **This is to be to be** operated on the North Saskatchewan River **for our project in **Strathcona**

**This position is in Strathcona County, AB and does not have camp accommodations, travel allowance, or living out allowance.**

**Shift is 5 days on 2 days off - chance to work overtime if needed**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operation of workboat in a safe and capable manner
- Escorting of crew members
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Turbidity monitoring
- Conduct basic maintenance and safety inspections of work boats and other project equipment

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in the operation of boats
- Valid Boat License
- CSTS 2020 & WHMIS 2015
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
