**Qualifications**
- Fluently bilingual in French and English; written and oral communication skills.
- Experience and interest in working in a customer service environment.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
- Motivation and initiative to actively problem solve in collaboration with team members.
- A desire to learn and contribute to the success of the organization.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Receiving and processing orders via our ERP system.
- Pro-actively communicating with customers, including sending order confirmations, processing payments, providing freight quotes, and following-up as necessary.
- Communicating basic information regarding our products and sales programs to current and prospective customers.
- Liaising with the sales, warehouse, finance, and purchasing departments to relay and/or gather information related to order processing.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Other sales and administrative tasks as required to support the sales team.

‐ Bilingue en français et en anglais; compétences en communication écrite et orale.

**Tâches et responsabilités principals**

‐ Réception et traitement des commandes via notre système ERP

‐ Communiquer de manière proactive avec les clients, notamment en envoyant des confirmations de commande, en traitant les paiements, en fournissant des devis de transport et en assurant le suivi nécessaire.

‐ Communiquer des informations de base concernant nos produits et nos programmes de vente aux clients actuels et potentiels.

‐ Assurer la liaison avec les départements des ventes, de l'entrepôt, des finances et des achats pour transmettre et/ou recueillir des informations liées au traitement des commandes.

‐ Dépanner et résoudre les demandes et les plaintes des clients.

‐ Autres tâches commerciales et administratives nécessaires pour soutenir l'équipe de vente.
