**Customer Experience Advisor - Clinical & Administrative Solutions**

**ROLE SUMMARY**

The Customer Experience Advisor supports customers in the optimal use of Logibec's software packages. They provide quality customer support while respecting the prescribed deadlines. The

Customer Experience Advisor processes and resolves requests quickly in order to achieve the level of service negotiated with the customers.

**MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE**:
**Customer Service (approximately 85% of time)**
- Provide first level customer service by creating and handling requests, documenting them, resolving them and following up until they are closed;
- Reproduce the problem or anomaly described by the external customer in the use of the software on internal databases in order to direct the correction to the right department;
- Prioritize customer requests by severity of issue to identify situations that may require escalation;
- Create change requests and enhancement requests and have them reviewed by the expert;
- Provide after-hours support on a rotating schedule for certain product families;
**Communications (approximately 10% of time)**
- Perform initial writing and editing of press releases, newsletters and columns for external customers and send to customers once approved by the expert;
- Review product documentation for clients.

**Training & Self-study (approximately 5% of time)**
- Ensures continuous learning of clinical solutions through self-study for versatility.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

▪ Excellent client facing and customer service abilities;
▪ Knowledge of the Quebec healthcare sector (strong asset);
▪ Working knowledge of Logibec’s solutions such as **eClinibase, Med-Echo Plus, Clinibase** (Strong Asset);
▪ Medical archives academic background and/or work experience (strong asset);
▪ Solid working experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, etc );
▪ Ability to learn quickly and openness to learn about and support multiple products;
▪ Strong team player with innate collaboration abilities.
