**Job Summary**:
As a Junior Supply Chain Analyst, you will support our supply and demand planning efforts, enhance master data integrity, and assist in the development of efficient processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on special projects that drive continuous improvement in our supply chain operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supply and Demand Planning**:

- Assist in forecasting demand and coordinating supply planning to meet customer needs.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to support accurate planning processes.

**Master Data Management**:

- Maintain and update master data in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

**Process Creation and Improvement**:

- Participate in the development and documentation of supply chain processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementation efforts.

**Special Projects**:

- Support various supply chain initiatives and projects as assigned, providing data analysis and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate reports to track key supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related area is a plus (internships included).
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with [specific ERP software, if applicable] is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Mandarin speaking an asset

**Résumé du poste**:
En tant qu’Analyste Junior de la Chaîne d’Approvisionnement, vous soutiendrez nos efforts de planification de l’offre et de la demande, améliorerez l’intégrité des données principales et aiderez au développement de processus efficaces. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles sur des projets spéciaux qui visent à améliorer continuellement nos opérations de chaîne d’approvisionnement.
