We are currently looking for PERMANENT EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR (RECE) for our School Age Program. Individuals will work collaboratively with our team of Educators to provide nurturing, care and education to children within an inclusive group setting. You will have the opportunity to help children learn and grow by implementing a balance of individual and group activities that will encourage the physical, social, intellectual, emotional and sensory development both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):

- Work collaboratively within program team, as well as have the ability to work independently when required
- Collaboratively plan and implement creative and inclusive activities based on the interests of the children
- Maintaining safe environments through active supervision, while guiding, demonstrating and encouraging the children
- Documenting and sharing special moments and important milestones of the children within your care
- Promote and participate in open communication with team and create trusting, cooperative relationships with families

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in licensed centre based childcare an asset
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education an asset, related education accepted
- Graduates of Early Childhood Education must be a member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector (within 6 months)
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR (Level C)
- Up to Date Immunization Record
- Team building skills
- Problem solving skills
- Time management skills
- Positive and fun-loving attitude with the ability to work under pressure
- Minimum two employment references
