**What you’ll do**
- Maintain the Hiring Client account configurations on the Veriforce One, Compliance Pro & ComplyWorks platforms. This includes being responsible for all new and existing Configurations and/or future client account updates.
- Adhere to project deadlines as assigned.
- Conduct product solution analysis and configuration details that align to client specific business requirements.
- Implement, configure, and complete quality assurance testing on client/contractor platform functionality.
- Attend client scoping sessions to gather business requirements.
- Provide system expertise and assistance to corresponding internal department queries/issues.
- Triage platform issues, along with gathering and articulating future product/platform enhancements.
- We act in anticipation of account concerns and take a proactive approach to mitigate risks.
- Collaborating and engaging with our key stakeholders and business partners within Veriforce to ensure we remain on top of our game with regards to our solutions, releases, customer messaging, collateral, customer deliverables, trends, and any other areas of knowledge to keep us as knowledgeable as possible in our domain and the industries we serve.

**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years minimum of software configuration, technical product support and/or transferable experience.
- Constructive, well-articulated problem resolution and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software development tools (including JavaScript and HTML, SQL)
- Ability to work independently within a rapidly changing fast-paced team-based environment.
- Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills in a professional setting.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Multilingual capabilities preferred.
- Passion for customer service, willingness to adapt and overcome new systems and procedures
