Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Pest Control - Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest issues. Help develop and execute treatment plans to remedy pest issues. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment/products.

Customer Experience - Build customer connections with honest, helpful, and caring service during all interactions with customers. Offering support and advice as needed to customers. Offer additional services that would benefit the customer to add value to their interaction with BBD.

Continuous Learning - Become knowledgeable in all aspects of pest control from traditional methods to green methods. Attend training sessions, conferences and webinars as requested. Stay up to date on new and innovative techniques for pest control.

**Position Requirements**:
Successfully meet pre-employment background screen

Possess a valid driver’s license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check

Available to work Monday-Friday, Evenings and weekends as needed

Within 30 days of the job offer, write the Provincial Pesticide Applicator’s exam

**Education & Experience**:
High school diploma or GED

Customer-facing experience preferred

Ability to obtain a pest control license within 30 days of hire

Previous pest control experience preferred but not required

**Salary**: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 48 per week
