The work is hands-on and can be physically demanding at times, but the excitement and adventure is unlike any other job.

Our company has a green approach to resolving issues with unwanted pests. We are passionate about solving the problem from the root cause.

This role will offer a mix of canine bed bug detection work and general pest control using green and traditional methods.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Pest Control - Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest issues. Help develop and execute treatment plans to remedy pest issues. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment/products.

Canine Bed Bug Service - Assist in the completion of canine bed bug inspections in commercial and residential settings. Support senior canine handler(s) in all aspects of canine bed bug services and training.

Customer Experience - Build customer connections with honest, helpful, and caring service during all interactions with customers. Offering support and advice as needed to customers. Offer additional services that would benefit the customer to add value to their interaction with BBD.

Continuous Learning - Become knowledgeable in all aspects of pest control from traditional methods to green methods. Attend training sessions, conferences and webinars as requested. Stay up to date on new and innovative techniques for pest control.

Position Requirements:

Successfully meet pre-employment background screen

Possess a valid driver's license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check

Available to work Monday-Friday, Evenings and weekends as needed

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED

Customer-facing experience preferred

Ability to obtain a pest control license within 30 days of hire

Previous pest control experience preferred but not required
