**Position and Responsibilities**

You will also be responsible for operating a variety of mobile equipment to maintain the site, roads, and airport in a safe and effective manner. You will demonstrate safety leadership and comply with company safety policies, complete daily circle checks and preventative maintenance on equipment, and ensure proper daily machine startup, operation, and shutdown procedures**. **As an experienced operator, you will assist in training and monitoring junior operators and provide support to other trades on site.

**Education and Qualifications**

Requirements of the position:

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least five (5) years of progressive experience in heavy industry or industrial environment
- Experience on dozer, grader, 966 and 988 loaders, track hoe, scraper and 50-ton rock truck
- Valid Class 2 driver’s license
- Willingness to perform manual labour as required
- Safety-oriented team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be proficient with using computers, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft

Assets:

- Valid Class 1A driver’s license
- Previous lead hand or supervisory experience
- Previous experience with SAP

Preference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewan’s North (RSN).
