**Window & Door Consultant**

We are currently growing and need responsible individuals to fill a position in our Welland store. Join a local business with over 10 years in the community.

The primary job of the window and door consultant is to serve as the store expert by providing detailed product information to customers.

**Duties**:

- Help customers and ask open ended questions about their project in order to determine what they need to complete the job
- Describe features and benefits of our window and door products
- Maintain the window and door area on the floor by ensuring it is in proper order
- Provide customers with window and door quotes for custom orders using computer software
- Maintain in stock inventory of windows and doors
- Assemble doors with decorative glass and frames for customers
- Record required information on all invoices accurately
- Look up orders and notify customers of ETA
- Process payments
- Comfortable lifting and carrying out merchandise for customers
- Ability to multitask
- Some heavy lifting required
- Customer focused and team player

***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WINDOWS & DOORS**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
