Saskatoon, Canada PBN Construction Ltd. Full time

Overview:
In this position you will be responsible to:

- Accounts Payable - posting invoices and receipts, reconciling, tracking, creating payments, monitoring statements
- Accounts Receivable - assist with Invoicing, data entry of hours, compiling invoices for clients, generating customer statements
- Other general office duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Previous administrative experience in an office setting.
- Previous accounts payable or receivable experience would be an asset
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail, self motivated and eager to learn
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Excellent customer support abilities
- Experience in data entry and clerical tasks

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
