**Job Description**:
**Financial Analyst**

As a Financial Analyst at Go Auto, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial reporting requirements of our organization. From preparing monthly lenders' requirements to completing quarterly consolidations and MD&A's, you'll play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial information. Collaborating closely with our external accountants, lending partners, and executive team, you'll contribute to our continued growth and success through your expertise in financial analysis and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and lender reporting packages accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide finance support to operational controllers and the executive team.
- Coordinate with external accounting firm for smooth year-end processes.
- Assist with integration activities for new mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audits, and quality assurance.
- Review and enhance financial policies to align with best practices.
- Assist with the implementation of new financial reporting software.
- Support day-to-day treasury functions.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies as required.
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
- Hands-on experience with financial statements, MD&A, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Familiarity with ASPE and corporate tax is desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel and CaseWare.
- Strong understanding of controls and procedures within a complex organization.

**Pay and Benefits**
