**Position Overview**

As a Corporate Technical Account Manager in the Production Services Division, your role is crucial in driving the success of SECURE by developing and implementing strategies, programs, and business plans. Your primary focus will be on increasing SECURE's presence and expanding the market for Production Chemicals.

**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Effectively relationships with existing customers in the Production Chemicals group. Ensure their needs are met, provide technical support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Actively prospect for new customers by following up on leads, conducting direct sales activities, and engaging in proactive outreach efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between field operation goals and corporate initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Demonstrate expertise in SECURE's technology and customer processes. Promote best practices through training initiatives and implement them across the field. Stay updated on industry developments, new products, research, and concepts to maintain a high degree of technical knowledge.
- Participate in the design and implementation of cross-selling sales initiatives for targeted customers. Identify opportunities to introduce additional SECURE products or services to existing customers, maximizing revenue potential.
- Attend and represent SECURE at local and regional technical conferences. Build brand awareness, network with industry professionals, and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
The individual in this role will have:

- 5-10 years of related sales experience in the Production Chemical industry, demonstrating a strong track record of customer acquisition and account management.
- Post-secondary education, such as a business diploma, degree, or technical school training in Engineering, provides a solid foundation for this role.
- Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills and negotiation abilities to effectively address customer needs and drive successful sales outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, including the ability to prepare technical reports and communicate complex information effectively.
- Familiarity with production chemicals, account management, and the sales cycle is crucial to succeed in this role. Understanding completion and production processes practices in Canada is highly desirable.
- Possession of certifications such as TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods), H2S Alive, and First Aid is an asset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confidence, determination, and a professional demeanor are essential for success in this role.
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
