**Job Description**:

- About us: _ Wolfenburg is a commercial flat roofing contractor servicing Ottawa for the past 15 years. Our team consists of about 75 dedicated individuals with a passion for excellence. From Institutional, commercial, industrial or residential flat roofs, we do it all and we do it really well.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of roofing professionals, including flat roofers, labourers, and apprentices.
- Planning and scheduling the work of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensuring that safety regulations and guidelines are followed at all times on job sites.
- Managing inventory and ordering materials as needed.
- Inspecting the work of the team to ensure that it meets quality standards.
- Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
- Keeping accurate records of all roofing projects, including labor and materials costs.
- Training and mentoring team members to help them develop the skills they need to advance in the roofing profession.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, including at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Understanding of flat roofing systems and materials.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address potential problems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
