We are on the hunt for a **Regional Chef** to oversee our **Ontario **locations. This role will be responsible for operational oversight, financial management, recruitment & selection, and performance analysis.

**In This Role, You Will**:

- Continue to lead a strong team to execute to our high standards while developing future leaders
- Collaborate with senior leaders within the restaurant to ensure revenue, profitability and culinary metrics are reached
- Lead the regions Executive Chefs and work closely with the Director of Operations

**You Are Responsible For**:

- Recruitment & Selection - weekly review on training and development strategies to achieve top talent
- Operational Oversight - monitor day to day operations such as inventory, purchasing, restaurant atmosphere. Ensure that each restaurant operates in compliance with company standards
- Environment - routine checks with your team to identify points of success and areas of improvement
- Financial Management - collaboration with General Managers and Executive Chefs at each restaurant for accurate and timely financial reporting
- Compliance - ensure all kitchen senior leaders are implementing and maintaining processes and procedures
- Inventory - monitoring inventory and purchases on a weekly basis

**Personal Attributes & Qualifications**:

- Previous culinary leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry with a minimum 2 years of experience.

- Has proven experience in training and developing a team
- Strong business acumen exemplifying innovation displayed through previous roles.
- Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively

**What You've Done**:

- Kitchen Restaurant Management: 2-3 years’ experience
- Regional Chef (or comparable experience): 2-3 years

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
