Cranston Master Builder is seeking a **Showhome Representative** to join its dynamic sales team.

With over 15 years of real estate experience, Cranston has built hundred of residential homes, and developed townhome, and low-rise multifamily sites. Cranston has doubled in size over the past few years and has an incredible reputation across the province with trades, suppliers and development partners.
We provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with our clients, partners, and trades. We understand that building a home is a significant investment, and we aim to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our team is comprised of experienced individuals who work together like family to ensure each one of our clients are well taken care of from start to finish.
**Overview**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service with customers in the showhome, and delivering a professional, qualified, and knowledgeable experience.
- Engage with online customers that visit the website, answer questions and schedule appointments to view spec homes and the showhome.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the Cranston brand, corporate processes, and various product types.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, as well as be an active participant in community and builder led marketing initiatives.
- Must have a strong knowledge and willingness to participate, create and update social media channels on a weekly basis.
- Open and operate the sales centre per standard showhome hours, or otherwise set out by Cranston Master Builder.
- Working mostly in show homes; training and occasional work at corporate office
- Responsible to work show home hours including evenings, weekends, statutory holidays
- Updating website information
- Upkeep and cleanliness of showhome
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- New Home Sales or Sales Experience
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willing to work Showhome Hours
- **NOTE**:This position is located at the Leduc showhome
**Preferred Skills**
- Excellent customer service
- Passionate about real estate
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and accountable
- Desire to build relationships and strong connections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
**Job Types**: Part-Time, Permanent

**Schedule**:
- Monday to Thursday, 3-8pm
- Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays 12-5pm
