We are currently looking for an **Inside **Sales Representative **who will establish relationships with our external and internal customers.

**What you'd be doing**:
Reporting to the Manager B2B, the **Inside Sales Representative **plays a critical role as an extension of the Outside Sales Team. Supporting both internal customers (sales team and cross-functional stakeholders) and external customers (partners), you’ll play a key role in ensuring that their needs are consistently met by managing the intake and completion of all inbound partner requests, managing our partner base within our newly adopted CRM process (Salesforce) along with executing bid proposal development and refresh activities.

In addition to supporting the sales team, you’ll also have an opportunity to develop direct relationships with smaller Independent Resellers and represent Brother at partner events.

**External Customer Support and Sales**
- Manage, execute and identify bid development opportunities as well as participate in the bid refresh process for all partners
- Develop and manage relationships with smaller independent resellers in efforts to drive sales growth
- Support customer events and on-site training

**Some Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Account Managers and National Account Managers by participating and contributing to the forecasting conversations by providing account level insights
- Maintain a detailed touchpoint history in the CRM by logging all customer data and interactions in a clear, timely manner.
- Coordinate/manage meetings for the Account Manager with Top 50 and/or 25 “Opportunity” resellers
- Support the Sales Department by owning and completing sales administration tasks
- Fulfill internal information requests from your sales team and from the Product and Marketing Teams
- Contribute to monthly Team Communications with Salesforce/Partner insights

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc.), Word and PowerPoint
- 1+ year of experience in customer service and sales
