**Sales Broker**

Are you a licensed Insurance Broker with a passion for sales? Billyard Insurance Group (BIG) is looking for a Producer to join our team at the Ajax Branch. BIG provides a change from the traditional insurance brokerage experience. The Producer is responsible for finding their own leads through their own individual network of Centres of Influence as well as through various marketing strategies to achieve personal sales targets. If you’re results-oriented with a proven history in sales, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage leads and provide quotes to prospective clients in a timely manner
- Recommend coverages based on individual customer needs
- Identify and cater to clients’ changing insurance demands
- Adhere to underwriting criteria set out by broker partners

Attributes:

- Self-starter who is motivated and needs little direction
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technology-oriented individual with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

- RIBO or OTL licensed
- Prior experience in insurance sales is an asset

Required education:

- University Degree or College Diploma
