Ce que vous ferez...

1. Suivre correctement les procédures d’automatisation des remboursements conformément aux directives de l’entreprise.
2. Remplir correctement tous les bordereaux de marchandise défectueuse.
3. Aider les clients à obtenir de l’information, des remboursements, des échanges et des indications.
4. Tenir à jour les registres de ventes exemptes de taxes.
5. S’assurer que toutes les marchandises endommagées sont envoyées au service des réclamations pour traitement.
6. Veiller à ce que les marchandises retournées soient contrôlées en fonction des bordereaux de remboursement avant d’être renvoyées dans l’aire de vente.
7. Veiller à ce que tous les articles soient balayés correctement avant d’être renvoyés dans l’aire de vente.
