**ALOA is seeking a Network/infrastructure Cabling Technician with demonstrated experience in light network engineering, infrastructure cabling installations and testing and fiber-optic cabling and fusion splicing in the industrial/commercial industry based in Montreal, Quebec.**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Install and terminate structured cabling systems.
- Install and fusion splice fiber-optic cables.
- Troubleshoot and repair ethernet cabling systems and operating network cabling test equipment.
- Auto Cad drawing experience
- Network Smart hands.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM**:

- Ne work permit required.
- Clean criminal record
- 2+ years of direct experience.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract.

**Schedule**:

- Flexible schedule
- Flexile to work on weekends

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fusion Splicing: 2 years (preferred)
- fiber-Optic Cabling: 2 years (preferred)
- Auto Cad drawings: 2 years (preferred)
- Working in constructions sites (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (mandatory)
- English (preferred)
- Other languages (a plus)

**Work Location: In person**

ALOA recherche un Technicien en câblage Réseau/Infrastructure avec une expérience avérée en ingénierie réseau légère, installations et tests de câblage d'infrastructure, ainsi qu'en câblage fibre optique et épissurage par fusion. Le poste est basé à Montréal, Québec

**CE QUE VOUS FEREZ**:

- Installer et terminer des systèmes de câblage structuré.
- Installer et fusionner des câbles en fibre optique.
- Dépanner et réparer les systèmes de câblage Ethernet et faire fonctionner les équipements de test de câblage réseau.
- Expérience avec les dessins AutoCAD.

**CE DONT VOUS AVEZ BESOIN POUR REJOINDRE NOTRE ÉQUIPE**:

- Aucun permis de travail requis.
- Casier judiciaire vierge.
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience directe.
- Permis de conduire valide avec un dossier vierge.

**Horaires**:

- Poste de 8 heures
- Du lundi au vendredi
- Flexible pour travailler le week-end

**Capacité à se déplacer/déménager**:

- Montréal, QC : Doit pouvoir se rendre régulièrement à Montréal, QC, ou planifier de déménager avant de commencer le travail (préféré).

**Expérience**:

- Fusion de fibres : 2 ans (préféré)
- Câblage fibre optique : 2 ans (préféré)
- Dessins AutoCAD : 2 ans (préféré)
- Travail sur des chantiers de construction (préféré)

**Langue**:

- Français (Obligatoire)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
