OWC is searching for a Computer Technician/ Warehouse Associate to help OWC ensure all products efficiently make their way to our customers. This position requires an organized problem solver, who will play a critical role in the success of our Canadian branch and the long-term growth of OWC.

The **Computer Technician Trainee**/**Warehouse Associate** is a hybrid position where you will work in the warehouse when the order volume warrants, the rest of your time will be spent getting used computers tested and ready for sale.

Our **Computer Technician Trainee/Warehouse Associate **team members are some of the core contributors of our organization, this role will help continue to lay the foundation for a seamless product Lifecyle. You will have the support, tools, and resources to grow your career at OWC in the coming years.

**What Will You be Doing?**

**Warehouse**
- Pick and pack outgoing orders.
- Invoice and ship outgoing orders.
- Unloading incoming shipments, checking in product & matching purchase orders.
- Assist with detailed quality control and functional testing of machines.
- Keep detailed record of QC notes and machine specifications.
- Ensure that the workspace is clean and neat.
- Help to maintain accurate inventory practices.
- Ensure that health and safety laws are followed.
- Special projects as assigned by leadership.

**Computer Technician**
- Installing the operating system on used computers.
- Cleaning of used machines and accessories.
- Upgrading and repairing used computers.
- Intake of used computers recording the specifications and general condition.
- Testing to make sure the machines meet our standards for resale.

**What You Bring with You?**
- High school diploma and some post-secondary education.
- Experience upgrading computers either PC or Macs.
- General computer literacy is a must.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Teams and the Mac OS.
- Attention to detail in your work.
- Working on a Mac as a hobbyist would be an asset.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Compensation Structure for the Position**

**The compensation package for this role includes an hourly wage of $17.50 in CAD.**:
