**Position Summary**:
The role of Shipper/Receiver/Coordinator will support all shipping and receiving functionality within our 3 Central Region operations. The role will primarily be loading and offloading trailers, managing shipments/receiving products through TMS, while maintaining the warehouse flow to ensure 5S standards are met throughout the day. The role will serve as backup for shipping, receiving, and coordinator within our 3 branches, while working closely throughout the day to organize and manage day to day operations. The Shipper/Receiver/Coordinator will have a strong focus heavily on health and safety, continuous improvement, and customer service to continue to build our internal culture.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

**General Functions - Shipping & Receiving Orders**
- Unload parts and equipment shipments
- Store equipment in the designated area in the warehouse, create barcodes as required, scan barcodes for equipment into barcode designated zones within warehouse
- Keep dock organized and clear
- Fill out blind receivers and organize all paperwork as it pertains to receiving
- Standing equipment up with the use of Boom Truck
- Properly identify department and appropriately tag equipment and labels for each item received
- Load lift trucks onto trailer and block trucks once loaded
- Support all coronation functions as needed
- TMS management, planning
- Shipping/receiving board updates/communication internally/externally
- Work with all departments to support shipping/receiving needs
- Manage all folders related to shipping/receiving (BOL’s, slips, carrier data, etc.)
- Put batteries into new equipment, skid and strap batteries to skids for secure shipping
- Install plastic bags on machines if weather requires
- Maintain log of items shipped, scan all items inbound and outbound from warehouse
- Place equipment on skids and place in racks
- Locate new trucks and batteries for staging to be shipped out
- Comply with SOW documents for shipping and securing a load correctly
- Pick orders for next day delivery
- Complete inspection sheets
- Move equipment from one warehouse to another

**Building Maintenance/Cleaning & Health & Safety**
- Banding cardboard, maintaining garbage and wood bins
- Maintain daily cleaning schedule for shipping/Receiving docks and warehouse areas
- Maintain shipping 5S standards and sustain - Lean Management approach
- Complete leader standard work (LSW) as required
- Ensure all received equipment is put away in the appropriate sections of the warehouse daily
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and complete all safety training on time

**Other Duties As Required (PODAR)**
- Responsible for the assembly and shipping/receiving for Liftrite hand pallet trucks
- Support maintenance coordinator with tasks that require assistance
- Attend all necessary meetings - Town Halls or group meetings may be held afterhours periodically
- Support special branch related projects such as inventory counts, renovations or facilities related functions
- Support all health and safety/JHSC functions and projects
- Support any service-related special projects including Lean (5S, Kaizen, Gemba walk, etc.)
- Serve as backup for Falbourne & Oakville shipping and receiving as part of coverage planning
