**About the Team & Business Line**:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Investor Services team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
**Your** Role**:
- You will supervise work performed by Investor Relations and Senior Investor Relations Specialists.
- You will participate in training of team members; assist the Account Manager in the preparation and execution of staff development plans.
- You will review trade packs, statements and NAVs.
- You will monitor and ensure that investor transactions are properly reconciled and all documentation is complete.
- You will review and approve of cash receipts and payments.
- You will develop and review custom client reporting; liaising with IT to automate custom reporting.
- You will review investor and client correspondence.
- You will ensure adherence to controls and procedures; preparing and contributing to management control reports.
- You will develop and monitor Service Level Agreements.
- You will provide excellent service to both investors and clients through both direct contact and support of your team.
- You will maintain knowledge of current regulatory and compliance environment as it effects our services and/or clients.
- You will participate in projects when required.
**About You**:
- You have a post-secondary education.
- You have 2 - 5 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably Hedge Fund Administration and/or Client Service with some exposure to accounting and performance reporting.
- You have experience managing and training staff/people leadership.
- You possess knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- You have strong client relationship skills.
- You possess excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills.
- You have exceptional attention to detail.
- You have superior written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, and conflicting deadlines.
- You are able to work with large volumes of data.
- You can work independently and understand when to escalate.
- You are able to learn and follow established policies and procedures.
