Bdc Driver

**Job description**

Grand Touring Automobiles is currently seeking a Driver to join our team of customer-focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

**Purpose/Summary of Position**:
This role is responsible for the safe driving of dealership vehicles to other dealerships and customer homes in accordance with established processes and procedures. This role is also responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members and improving efficiencies whenever possible. Duties include but are not limited to:

- clean and prepare service loaners for the daily valet appointments
- operate company shuttle vehicle
- shuttle customers and their cars to and from the dealership ensuring efficient and safe transportation
- participate in the organization of the dealership parking lots, including removing debris and snow, as required
- maintain communication with service advisors, document trips, including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point, and ensure that all customers are serviced
- participate in the maintenance of company premises, including removal of litter, debris, and snow; maintenance of plants and grounds; removal of visible hazards, when available to assist

- Minimum 10 years driving experience
- Be familiar with the Toronto downtown core
- Must be able to physically able to handle the demands of the job and work outdoors in inclement weather conditions if needed
- 1 to 3 years of previous vehicle valet/parking; dealership experience preferred
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- valid G Class Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Driving: 10 years (required)
