- **Responsibilities**_
- Ability to follow a daily production list.
- Operate a variety of lawn care equipment including but not limited to aerators and seeders.
- Operate a company owned motor vehicle throughout service territory.
- Respond to customer issues promptly and with a high level of caring.
- Complete all assigned necessary administrative work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Responsible for customer retention through high customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance of equipment and vehicle to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a pesticide applicators license.
- Training will be provided.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:_
- Previous experience in the turf industry, lawn care or golf course maintenance considered an asset. 2 years preferred.
- A positive attitude and an energetic self starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Good problem solving, organization and time management skills.
- Dependable, reliable
- Capable of performing physical requirements of the job. Overall physical fitness and ability to lift 55lbs.
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
- Valid G Driver Licence with a clean driver’s abstract (to be provided upon hire).
- Transportation available to get to our rural location.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment in a variety of weather conditions
- **Schedule**:_
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays as needed during peak times.
- Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal, Permanent
- Work shifts commence at 7:30am - 5:30 pm

**Expected start right away**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MONO, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
