Job Details:

- Availability: Semi Casual to part time. Pick up jobs to fill your schedule
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday only (options for days, evenings and weekends)
- As a subcontractor you have felixibiity and have more control over your hours and what jobs you would like to take on
- Responsibilities: Regular commercial cleaning, move in/out cleans, and deep cleans that include, but are not limited to, various tasks such as appliance cleaning, bathrooms, windows, baseboards, high dusting, and floors.
- The service area is to be discussed and could affect the amount of hours we are able to provide initially.
**-Must not be solely dependent on us for work**
- You will be servicing our in house clients

**Requirements**:

- You must have professional commercial cleaning experience.
- You must be serving other clients and not solely dependant on us
- You must be self employed
- You must have your own general liability insurance
- You must have a reliable and insured vehicle with appropriate tires.
- You must be able to send us a invoice in order to get paid
- You must sign our non-solicitation agreement
- You must sign our independent contractor agreement
- You must agree to be responsible to pay your own taxes
- Clean criminal record check (copy required).
- Open, positive communication.
Smart phone with a working line and data.
- Booking Koala app, and a Google account for communications.
Reliable, positive attitude, and a great attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to professional cleaning standards.
Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Liability insurance.
- Supply your own sanitary equipment and tools as well as appropriate cleaning products
- Job Types: Contract
- Contract length: 12 months
- Pay: 25-40 per hour
