**Opportunity**: Currently seeking already established cleaners and/or cleaning companies to operate as sub-contractors for cleaning jobs.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to provide General Liability certificate of insurance for Business
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
- Must provide your own cleaning equipment and chemicals (list will be provided)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be a company or sub-contractor with at least 3 cleaners

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning according according to standard requirements
- Actively monitor and respond to job requests daily

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in cleaning work
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
