Mission Springs Restaurant, a popular dining destination known for its warm atmosphere and delicious cuisine, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team. We are committed to providing a delightful dining experience to our guests through excellent customer service, exquisite food, and exceptional attention to detail.

As a Server at Mission Springs Restaurant, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for each guest by promptly attending to their needs, providing personalized service, and offering expert advice on menu selections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival
- Present menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and promptly relay them to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage safety regulations and protocols
- Assist with seating arrangements and reservations as needed
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding service and promote a positive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Valid "Serving It Right" certification or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a server role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work
